1. Personalized Nutrition Programs
Due to the personalized nature of our nutrition programs, we generally do not offer full refunds once the program has commenced. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund or partial refund is warranted. Each case will be evaluated individually.
2. Conditions for Refund Consideration
Refunds for personalized nutrition programs may be considered under the following circumstances:
- Medical Reasons: If you are unable to continue the program due to a medical condition supported by a doctor’s note.
- Program Incompatibility: If the program is demonstrably unsuitable for your needs, despite our best efforts to customize it.
- Service Failure: If we fail to provide the agreed-upon services as outlined in the program description.
3. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please contact our customer support team within 14 days of the program start date. You will need to provide:
- Your order number.
- A detailed explanation of the reason for your refund request.
- Supporting documentation (e.g., doctor’s note).
Our team will review your request and respond within 7 business days. If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 14 business days and credited back to your original method of payment.
4. Physical Products (If Applicable)
If MA Nutrition Nova® offers physical products (e.g., supplements, nutrition trackers), the following return policy applies:
- Eligibility: You may return unopened and unused physical products within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, contact our customer support team to obtain a return authorization number (RA#). Products returned without an RA# will not be accepted.
- Shipping Costs: You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged product).
- Condition of Return: Returned products must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
- Downloadable digital products (e.g., e-books, guides).
- Services that have already been rendered (e.g., completed coaching sessions).
- Gift cards.
6. Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
7. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
8. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your personalized nutrition program within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided that the program has not yet commenced. After 24 hours, the refund policy outlined above applies.
